The Bill (Reg. No.4352) envisages the elaboration of the single legislative defining of the procedure in granting of indulgence regarding education and allotment of extra educational services.
Pursuant to the bill, the higher educational establishment after the initiative of a student is supposed to grant indulgence for a student that is adopted by the decision of the head of the higher educational establishment after the presentation of the student self-government body or the faculty or academic board of the university.
The maximum quantity of the students received the indulgence is implemented by the higher educational establishment but is not to be less than 20% from the total quantity of the students.
